I am 24 years old and started racing cars at the age of 11. After many championships and race wins I made a name for myself and was hired to race in the Indycar series (Indy 500) in 2015 and have since been racing there. At the 2017 Indianapolis 500, driving for a brand new team I took 9th place and a few weeks later 5th place at Texas Motorspeedway.
I started flying fpv because of my neighbor who had a Vortex 250 and was flying around my yard. As I saw this "machine" fly and make what seemed like physics defying maneuvers, I knew I had to try it for myself! I was hooked. Many battery packs and broken props later, MultiGP reached out to me and invited me to attend the Rotor Riot International Open, so I accepted and started preparing. I came across CMW as I was searching for the best possible racing frame I could use for the event, and so I bought a CMW SL V2 and immediately fell in love with it on our first flight together so much that I knew right there that if I was ever to be a team pilot for any fpv frames out there, it had to be for Catalyst Machineworks!
