Merica 5 Inch Hybrid (no canopy)
By popular demand from our customer base we are offering the Merica 5" in a Hybrid variant. A hybrid frame places 6" arms on the rear of the craft instead of the standard 5" arms. However, you still run 5" props front and rear. To facilitate this change we include a 3mm tall spacer on the rear arms to account for the increase to 6mm tall arms, at the back. Also, we include a 2.5mm bottom plate which gives more rigidity and crash toughness to the frame. This thicker bottom plate offsets the additional moment (force) from the longer rear arms.
