This motor is part of a new breed of light weight motors. It has a non-standard mounting pattern with M3 screws existing on a 12mm circle. We are working on updating the motor pad mounting hole designs on our 4R and Norris frames to accommodate this by default. We will have stock of the updated Norris frames in soon but the 4R frames will not be updated until a later date.
If you determine it is necessary to perform this mod on your frame simply drill out or dremel the existing M2 screw holes on this 12mm circle to M3. You only need two screws (front and back) to hold the motor on the pad. There is no need for all 4 screws. See the pictures below showing what the pad should look like before and after the mod.
